Welcome to LZ Aerobics. LZ Aerobics is a program of choreographed dance exercise. A typical 1 hour class consists of 40 to 45 minutes of dance aerobics, with the remainder of the hour devoted to light weight workout and stretch. The sessions usually last 10 weeks.
